GROWER Warranty

Grower machinery comes with a standard warranty to provide you with peace of mind and reliable support. The terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Duration: The warranty covers a period of 36 months or up to 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
  • Conditions: This warranty is subject to compliance with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance instructions and inspections.

For those seeking additional protection, Grower offers optional extended warranty programs tailored to meet specific customer needs.

  • Available Coverages:
    1. Premium: Covers the entire machine.
    2. Components: Includes selected components, such as the powertrain.
    3. Powertrain: Exclusively covers the powertrain and its accessories.
  • Duration: Extended warranties provide coverage ranging from 24 months / 4,000 hours to 48 months / 10,000 hours, available upon special request.
  • Cost: Extended warranties come at an additional cost, determined based on the selected coverage.

Note: Extended warranty programs are entirely optional and must be purchased separately.

The standard and extended warranties do not cover:

  • Electrical parts and components, as well as common wear or maintenance items, including:
    • Cutting tools.
    • Lubricants, filters, belts, and fuses.
    • Tires, among others.
  • Losses in production, business opportunities, lost profits, consequential damages, or any other indirect or derived damages.

The warranty is void under the following circumstances:

  1. Repairs performed by personnel unauthorized by Grower Tractors.
  2. Use of non-original parts or parts not recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. Damage caused by external agents, chemicals, salts, or other environmental factors.
  4. Use of inappropriate or low-quality filters, oils, greases, lubricants, or fuels (e.g., contaminated with water, dust, etc.).
  5. Alterations or additions to the original electrical or electronic system resulting in short circuits.
  6. Acts of vandalism, overloading, abuse, improper operation, improper application, or workplace accidents.
  7. Failure to comply with the periodic reviews and maintenance required and recommended in the warranty manual.
  8. Lack of an adequate preventive maintenance and lubrication plan.
  9. Forgery or alteration of documentation related to periodic maintenance of the machinery.

During the warranty period, the owner must:

  1. Report any justifiable malfunction to the dealer immediately.
  2. Submit a detailed report of the defects found in the machine to the Grower Tractors dealer or an authorized service provider.
  3. Allow inspection and analysis of the reported failures.

Important: The warranty will be void if the owner prevents inspection or does not facilitate the necessary analysis to determine the cause of the failure.
